Chair - Mike Lewis
Mike is Chair of 4 public and private healthcare companies and has 30 years global Health industry experience having previously held senior roles at Align Technology (Amsterdam), Boston Scientific (Paris), C.R. Bard (USA), Sybron (Switzerland) and Becton Dickinson (UK) and was President of Gambro (Sweden) leading the £3bn buyout. Having spent 22 of the last 25 years living and working outside the UK, Mike now works with UK based companies helping address the global market.
Founder and CEO - Duncan Hall
Duncan has over 20 years of consultancy experience, more than 15 of which have been within clinical R&D in both CRO and Pharma businesses. Duncan started Triumph in 2002 with the aim of building a global business which would be focused in improving the delivery, quality and value of clinical systems. In addition to leading the strategic direction of TRI, Duncan is very proactive in delivering customer projects because that gives him the real-world understanding of what Sponsors and CROs want and need.
COO -Tammy Finnigan
Tammy has 20 years clinical research experience, having worked in both large Pharma and large CRO companies prior to joining TRI. Her experience both in monitoring and managing clinical trials have provided valuable insight into the way quality management processes and supporting tools should work. Tammy is the business sponsor of TRIs RBM tool, OPRA and is actively involved in supporting multiple RBM projects with TRI clients. For almost 4 years, Tammy has been working with the MCC as a representative on the Risk Based Monitoring and Central Monitoring working groups.
VP of Sales - Tim Collard
Tim has over 25 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with organisations such as GSK, Veeda Oncology and UBC before joining TRI as VP of Sales in 2018. Tim's broad experience and calm, relaxed manner makes him ideal to help TRI's clients through the complexities of R2 compliance and Centralized and Risk-Based Monitoring.
CFO - Phil M'Caw
Phil has over 25 years of hands-on experience of financial and commercial management in several sectors with growth businesses having international footprints. He trained as Chartered Accountant with KPMG London before moving into management consultancy with KPMG and then into roles in industry. He has worked in both large, medium and small businesses and has focused on helping them to increase turnover & profitability, expand operations internationally, and complete corporate transactions.
Chief Marketing Officer - Neil Watkins
With more than 20 years of consultancy experience, Neil has been instrumental in the successful growth and development of a number of professional services organisations. Previous roles include the Finance Director for a UK based change, project and program management consultancy. Neil was instrumental in the creation and set-up of TRI.
